30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories included.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. Once confirmed, you choose between a replacement, an exchange for a different product or a full refund — and we cover the return postage.

How to start a return

• Email support@amora.shop with your order number and the reason for the return
• Wait for our reply with the returns label or collection instructions
• Send the item back within the stated window and keep your proof of postage

Refund timescales

Once your return reaches our warehouse it is inspected within 5 working days. After that, refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

What we cannot accept

• Items returned without their original packaging or missing accessories
• Items showing signs of use beyond what is needed to inspect them
• Requests made outside the windows set out in this policy
