Dispatch time

Every order is picked, packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment being confirmed. Card payments are usually authorised within minutes, though your bank can occasionally take a few hours.

Orders confirmed at weekends or on bank holidays start processing on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times

These are estimates provided by the carrier and count working days only, excluding the dispatch window above. Remote postcodes, strikes, severe weather and peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) can cause delays outside our control.

• England and Wales: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
• Scotland: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
• Northern Ireland: 3 to 6 working days after dispatch
• Scottish Highlands, islands and remote postcodes: 4 to 8 working days after dispatch

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Express shipping (next working day) is available at checkout for £6.95.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to show the first scan — until then the tracking page may look empty, which is normal.

Wrong address and failed deliveries

Please double-check your address and postcode before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available after the carrier's delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-send. A second delivery attempt to a corrected address may be chargeable.
